Manage business record associations

PATCH 
/api/v2/associations/records

Creates or updates associations between Account, Contact and Opportunity records. Supported association directions:

• Account → Contact
• Account → Opportunity
• Contact → Account
• Contact → Opportunity
• Opportunity → Account
• Opportunity → Contact

Leads are not supported in association API.
